오늘 소개해드릴 곡은 라푼젤 OST에요

저번에 겨울왕국의 렛잇고를 포스팅하고 생각나서 ㅎㅎ

Let it Go가 주인공 엘사의 속사정을

가사와 분위기로 잘 표현하였듯이

When Will My Life Begin 역시 주인공 라푼젤의

이야기를 고스란히 담아낸 명곡이에요

I see the light와 함께 명곡으로 꼽히는

라푼젤의 When Will My Life Begin!

인기가 많은 곡인만큼 다양한 버전의 노래가 있어요

앨범 내에서도 마찬가지고

민간인이 부른 곡들의 버전도 상당히 많습니다 ^_^

상큼발랄하면서도 안정적인 곡입니다.

When Will My Life Begin를 부른 맨디 무어입니다.

라푼젤 OST로 가장 유명하고 I see the light 역시 이 분이 불렀어요

분위기는 다르지만 매력적인 보컬이 같다는 것을 알 수 있어요!

최근에는 활동을 안하셔서 아쉽네요 ㅠ

2000년대만 하더라도 유명 영화의 OST곡들로

이름을 꽤 날리던 분이었어요

미국의 대중 음악가수이자 작곡가, 여배우에

패션디자이너였던 Mandy Moore입니다.

라푼젤이라는 캐릭 성우까지 맡아

다재다능한 분이라는 걸 알 수 있습니다 :)

7 A.M., the usual morning lineup

And so I'll read a book

I'll play guitar and knit
And cook and basically

Then after lunch it's puzzles and darts and baking
Paper mache, a bit of ballet and chess
Pottery and ventriloquy, candle making
Then I'll stretch, maybe sketch, take a climb
Sew a dress!
And I'll re-read the books
If I have time to spare
I'll paint the walls some more
I'm sure there's room somewhere
And then I'll brush and brush and brush and brush my hair Stuck in the same place I've always been
And I'll keep wondering and wondering and wondering and wondering
When will my life begin?

Just like they do on my birthday each year
What is it like
out there where they glow?
Now that I'm older

let me go...

렛잇고를 부른 분과 마찬가지로

라푼젤 OST로 알게 된 가수에요

디즈니는 애니메이션도 그렇지만

OST와 가수선정도 정말 최고인 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ

음악을 다시 들어보니

오랜만에 라푼젤을 다시 보고 싶은 기분까지 드네요 +_+
